I you need minor repair I recommend you engage with a local builder. I have dealt with a few in the last two years and can probably recommend one for your area. If you need to carry out an extension or do mayor renovation work I strongly recommend you engage with an English speaking architect who will lodge necessary plans and permits and will have it’s own builder to do the works.
