What are your fees as a property finder?

I charge a one-off fee of 150 Euros for finding properties in Valencia city (see map of valencia) and 350 Euros for selecting villas within a 50 km radius of Valencia. These fees are necessary to deter time wasters from engaging my services and to cover the costs of telephone calls, inspection trips, the making of virtual tours and the time employed for searching the properties.
